A soft little dashboard for the articles queue and the bridge post rhythm. It pulls the latest markdown, turns it into something readable, and keeps the next beats obvious.

Instructions for kat
Long articles
Draft them in articles/drafts/, publish to Substack as canonical, then LinkedIn Pulse full text, then X Article full text. Cross-post all 3. Hero image required. Keep the cadence around every 10 days.
Bridge posts
Draft 1 or 2 short posts every Monday and Thursday. X version stays within 280 chars. LinkedIn feed can run slightly longer. Keep it lowercase, open with a hot take, add a personal anecdote, and skip emoji.
Voice
Write in Amy's voice. Punchy. Specific. Numbers and failure modes beat abstractions. No startup postmortem stuff.
Publish flow
Draft → send to Amy for approval → post to X and LinkedIn feed → mark the row posted in SOCIAL.md → commit.
Hero images
Put hero images in articles/drafts/ while the post is in progress, then move them into articles/published/ once the piece is live.
